Earlier this month we shared some of our favorite and most memorable Kolbe Finestra projects, but it doesn’t end there. Our Kolbe Finestra team has had the opportunity to work on so many beautiful projects, we had to create a second part to this blog! Keep reading for the inside scoop on a few of our most memorable projects.
Bob’s Pick- The Mathers House
The Mathers House is Bob’s favorite Kolbe Finestra project because it was our first House Pack! The process went smoothly and provided valuable learning opportunities. As Bob says, “it’s always good to get the first job under the belt.”
The Mathers House features our VistaLuxe WD aluminum clad wood windows in our onyx exterior finish, and coal black painted pine interiors. This house also features our sliding door with Dallas style handles and our swing door with adjustable hinges and our multipoint locking hardware.
Mary Ann’s Pick – The Book House
The Book House is Mary Ann’s favorite project because it was the first project that she was fully involved in from order placement to installation! The Book House is a beautiful project of AL units and our Kolbe Vista Luxe WD entry door.
The homeowners of this beautiful project are an architect and a designer themselves, so they understood and had a love for the building and installation process. Mary Ann shared that the Kolbe Finestra team was lucky that the homeowners were very understanding and patient despite challenges and delays waiting for the glass to bring their dream home to life.
Team Pick – The Chandelier House
This stunning home on Nelson Ave in West Vancouver will always be a team favorite for us. One of many features of this home to highlight is the gorgeous chandelier hanging in the entrance. This chandelier is electronically operated and must be brought down for cleaning!
